The 8th national conference on corrosion was held in beautiful coastal city Xiamen on November 15~16, 2015. More than 400 people from universities and corporations of China attended the meeting.
We, Wuhan Corrtest instrument Co., Ltd, also attended it as a representative of corporations. This conference was hosted by CSCP (Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection), and it’s the biggest and most influential one in this field. Experts were having a thorough discussion &communication regarding the academic frontier and technological development.
In the field of electrochemical workstation and corrosion, Wuhan Corrtest is well-known as a professional manufacturer among Chinese users. Many attendees at present were approaching us to ask all kinds of questions. Some asked about the performance and price of electrochemical workstation and electrodes; some asked questions about electrochemical resistance. We demonstrated the function of EIS using carbon steel working electrode, and elaborated data processing and the way of complicated equivalent circuit fitting. Some people were interested in CST520 wire beam electrode electrochemical scanner and asked about its principle, electrode structure, data processing. There were some people from oil field who’re interested in CST800E portable corrosion meter. They asked about the principle, probe structure, on-site installation, and data transfer etc.
